“Had a lovely meal for two here. The food is superb; our first difficulty was choosing which starters to have (and which we therefore were missing out on). No worries, they were all good! Mains were excellent - the lamb in particular was incredibly tender, and all the flavours and spices worked perfectly together. Add in the smoky aromas of other dishes being cooked, and throw in some well-chosen wines and a couple of excellent Sheffield gins (Robin of Locksley and True North), and you have a lovely meal. The rose and pistachio ice cream desert was a sublime way to round out the evening. The service matched the food throughout, too. We did have to vacate our table bang on 90 minutes after the booked time (actually 100 after we arrived), which we did know in advance - it’s a good sign that the place is that busy / popular, and we were offered an option to move elsewhere to continue drinking / have coffees, but we were done by this point! I think if you book a larger party you get a longer window, and this was on a Friday, so no complaints. Recommended.”

“I've visited here a few times and the food is beautiful. The staff are great, they're friendly and welcoming and the service is pretty quick. They're also very accommodating, I booked a table for 6 and ended up needing a table for 8 at the last min and although the restaurant was booked up they managed to accommodate us. I was also impressed that due to visiting to celebrate somebody's birthday the staff came out with dessert and sang happy birthday!”

“I’ve had my fair share of Persian food, particularly down in London, but this is by far the best kebab I’ve ever had in any restaurant. So succulent and tender, you could tell they used actual lamb not mutton mince unlike many restaurants. We also ordered the spring chicken, alongside the zeresk polo rice and fries. The flavours across our meal were balanced yet full, fragrant and aromatic. The portions seemed small but actually very filling. Many compliments to the chef Our server was lovely and friendly. Generally, service was slow considering the restaurant was fairly quiet but was worth the wait regardless. Cosy atmosphere and soft music. Highly recommended 10/10 ”
